12-10-09 vs. Phantoms
Overall a good job. Strong start, good first and second period, aggressive on the puck, supporting one another, attacking the net. Nice victory when it's all said and done.
Things to work on:
3rd period looked like we eased up a bit, and that can come back to haunt us. I understand not needing or wanting to score anymore when we're up by a lot, but at the same time we still need to play good team defense and protect that lead. Don't ever take for granted that the game is in the bag.
Need to work on anticipation. What I mean there is, we need to have the ability, or be better at it, to see not only what the other team IS doing with the puck, but what they are GOING TO DO with the puck. Anticipating their next move, you know where to be to take the puck away. This is a Hockey Sense thing that we need to work on a bit.
